RETHINK PROCESS

Building bridges for the future we all deserve

The Rethink Process is defined as the greatest international reflection and action process for knowledge nomads.

The process is the opportunity to build bridges, join forces and gather input from the main stakeholders who are building the future: researchers, developers, scientists, NGOs, public officials and policymakers, entrepreneurs and investors, community leaders and all those who strive to ensure that the 4th Industrial Revolution in which we find ourselves leads to a sustainable future for the planet while respecting human dignity.

THE PROBLEMS

PRIVACY AND DIGNITY ARE UNDER PRESSURE.

Emerging industries are seeking new forms of production that lead to a sustainable future for the planet and societies.
However, until now there is no space for encounter and interconnection between those who are building that future.

EMERGING INDUSTRIES AND THE PUBLIC SECTOR REQUIRE MULTIDISCIPLINARY SPACES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS.

Accessing talent and multidisciplinary thinking is a disconcerting, inefficient and inconsistent process: there is no platform that allows the private sector, civil society, academia and states to connect with talent through a single platform, presenting ideas, negotiating and developing innovative alternatives to global problems.

THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, BLOCKCHAIN, ROBOTICS, SMART CITIES, IoT AND CANNABIS INDUSTRIES ARE THE FASTEST GROWING SEGMENT IN THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.

Two facts force us to rethink our world: coexistence with seemingly limitless artificial minds and memories, and our growing interest in modifying and expanding our own limited human minds. At the crossroads of these critical issues are privacy and dignity.

4 STEPS

The Rethink Process expects results
in four phases developed over five years

Rethink Alliance

The first phase of the process consists of the establishment of strategic alliances and the opportunity to be an integral part of the process.

Rethink Forums

The second phase consists of international forums to debate and reflect on the construction of sustainable development in the fourth industrial revolution.

Knowmad Index

The Index is a list of 194 countries and regions established on the basis of one criterion: the degree of human dignity enjoyed by people within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Knowmad Consensus

Phase four is the space of encounter and interconnection between those who are building the future.
